Artists will often have a muse - most notably fashion designers. A muse is something that inspires you, You are drawn to it - again and again.
For me with photography my muse is the New Brighton Pier in Christchurch. The sea and sky around it provide me with endless subject matter and it is a place I recharge myself on a personal level whilst photogprahjng.
